Cancellation Policy

Booking & Scheduling Real estate photography sessions must be booked after the listing is secured and the property is ready for photography. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee availability until confirmed by Sunset Photography. Preparation Properties should be fully prepared prior to arrival. Excessive delays due to unprepared homes may result in additional fees or rescheduling. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Turnaround Time Standard delivery is 24 hours after the shoot unless otherwise agreed upon. Weather Outdoor conditions are monitored closely. Sunset Photography will communicate if weather impacts scheduling.
